The Historic Red Tour Busses
Between the years 1936 and 1939, the White Motor Company made 33 tour busses to be used in Glacier National Park.
Each vehicle is painted bright red, holds 17 passengers and has a unique canvass top that rolls up to reveal the view during pleasant weather.
The driver supplies the narrative and answers questions as they glide down the road, linking all of the lodges and motels in Glacier National Park.
The red tour busses are operated by Glacier Park Inc.

Guided launch tours on Glacier National Park lakes are provided by Glacier Park Boat Company.
Historic vessels ply the fiord like lakes revealing unique vistas that are hidden from view on the roads.
The topics of narration include wildlife, flora and the ancient geologic history of this rugged and rocky area.
Launches operate on Lake McDonald, St. Mary Lake, Swiftcurrent and Josephine Lakes at Many Glacier Hotel and Middle Two Medicine Lake.

Hikers wishing to experience the backcountry may elect to be guided and supervised by experienced men and women from the area.
The Glacier Guides offer hikes from short walks to multi day backcountry trips.
Equipment is available and the guides do most of the chores while in camp.
Families enjoy guided trips and appreciate the "extra hand" especially with children.
Guides are knowlegable in the history and natural features of Glacier while practicing the best of backcountry techniques to ensure safety of visitors as well as the environment.
